Sleep is a divine experience to all. It give us the opportunity to travel into the land of dreams. There we become one with our wildest imaginations and just for a while live a day in the never land paradise. We are king and even get to experience freedom in a whole new dimension. This is the promise of sleep that it so diligently fulfills. So when it is so unrightfully taken for us we feel the pinch. We look for ways to try and regain a right to this privilege. Some of the distracters may not be within our power to change. The saving grace is that we could play a part in ensuring that we improve the quality of our sleep. That something could be as simple as changing the look of the room , in this case the bedroom.
Light is certainly good when it is available at the right time. Light could be very annoying when you are trying to catch sleep. It’s use during the day is hailed at night darkness reigns supreme. The room should be very inviting by all means. The atmosphere should be such that you could fall asleep almost immediately. The decision to have pleasant scents of lavender, jasmine and whatever natural scents you would prefer could give you this effect. Painting the room in colors that give you a rejuvenated feeling should be an aim. The other small change that could make a big difference is ridding yourself of items you do not need. Incorporating pictures of loved one’ s in this spaces could add on to a nice experience. The most rewarding thing about the whole idea is that you do not need to break the bank while doing it. Upon completion it would be in your best interest to sleep soundly while awaiting the dutiful call of the alarm to go to work.
